You will be flexible, systematic, organised and a supportive team player and have some of the following skills:

• Competency in welding to NZS4711 standard using Manual Arc Welding (electrodes) and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) techniques
• Metal preparation, assembly and general fabrication skills
• Operating power tools, presses and other basic metal cutting and shaping tools and machines
• Transporting tools, materials and work pieces to and from sites and workbenches
• Assist in welding and/or fabrication duties under the supervision of a tradesman
• Forklift / HT
• Experience with workshop machinery : crane, rollers, and grinders
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, ability to meet deadlines, and is results focused
